Billboard Contest
Congratulations to 3 year old Brannon Oliver and 12 year old Brooklyn Hall! They will be the faces of the 2009 Watermelon Festival and will be seen on all the festival billboards, posters, and also on the cover of the Faces and Places magazine. They will also participate in various Chamber functions and ride in the Christmas Parades all over Franklin County!
Brannon is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Shannon Oliver and Brooklyn is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Hall.
